I tried updating my brand-new iPhone 4 to firmware 5.0.1, and now my screen is stuck on the iTunes icon and a USB charger. (Basically telling me to connect to iTunes)

I did the update, and I suddenly got disconnected from iTunes and I've already tried going in DFU mode, and it did work for a millisecond, but it got disconnected again and the screen resumed to the iTunes icon + USB charger. I tried to do the DFU thing again, but with no luck. iTunes won't connect to anything now, stating my internet connection is off.

Hopefully I helped some. By the way, is your phone jailbroken, and were you installing any custom firmware? Just for additional information.
