Yeah, everyone at my dorm calls me the responsible one, because I always make sure to do my homework.

What they don't know is I wind up both doing entertainment things and homework at the same time, thus I can do both without really becoming bored.

Speaking of homework, last night I was absolutely convinced I'd need to pull an all-nighter to get my homework done, but then I wound up getting it done a LOT earlier than I'd expected. The problem is that I had already had an energy drink and some of those chocolate-covered coffee bean things, so I couldn't sleep.

Yeah. Last night was unpleasant.

That happened to me before. Not anymore.

I barely have enough time to even sleep before going to school and I literally spend over 8 hours laboring over homework and it's not even halfway done!

It's a weird feeling, being both productive and in a good mood; you finish all your homework early and start having nothing to do, not because you want to procrastinate but because you genuinely don't have anything left to do.

I'd like to get used to it.

I keep moving through school, but sometimes it becomes a burden. Still, I seem to be doing well this quarter.

The main issue is still trying to figure out how to pick up the pieces, after having lived the prior 10 years in total isolation. Lots of people here, but hard to do anything but make small talk with them.

They're all one-page essays with the exception of one which is 5 pages long.

Deadline: March 1.

I better get accepted by at least ONE, damn it. This is a lot... (and it's gonna cost in the $400-$500 range)
