Your system clock needs to be set somewhere between 27-09-95 and 29-10-95 before it will work.

I gave the WAD a click flick-through, but I'm unfamiliar with Hexen in general.
- the developer map "MAZE" is still in - they forgot to delete it until the post-release patches
- the endoom is still heretic's

Godmode and all weapons cheats are martek and conan respectively. These later became the suicide and remove all weapons cheats in the full version of the game.
Flashing BETA message during gameplay.
The ENDDOOM doesn't show up. Instead it says "HEXEN: program exited normally."
Various leftovers from Heretic.
After walking into the portal opened by killing Korax, you're prompted to type WEWIN, which plays the ending.
No music during loading screen.
