Oh god that MS-DOS icon. I never noticed it.

I vaguely remember some other icon from Windows 3.1... of course, 3.11 wouldn't let me do anything much at all on my 386 so literally all I can remember about it was thinking "damn it I want to run a DOS prompt in this"
