Request you!
Never thought I'd make a nuzlocke, but I did a Moemon Fire Red one (loosely, I cheated on some parts) and beat it.
And I kinda regret not streaming it or documenting it or something. I ended up getting attached to them and it was pretty interesting. Specially Beedrill which was basically my main during the whole game, surviving the point where the rival murders the rest of the team and sacrifying him against his Charizard at the final battle so I could revenge-kill it.
Actually, I guess I could tell how it went, but it's a LARGE WALL OF TEXT:
I picked Bulbasaur for starter. Considered Squirtle, but there were many water types I never trained but wanted to. I had to actually use a potion because Charmander is an asshole.
I struggled horribly at first, having a Rattata faint shortly after capturing it, and a Pidgey doing no better. I skipped the first encounter as there's no way I could win it.
So while I usually go for Caterpie at Viridian, ended up with a Weedle. Not wanting it to end up like the other two, I grind and evolve it into Kakuna and eventually Beedrill.
Naturally, with Bulbasaur I easilly beat up Brock, and it evolved into Ivysaur. The Beedrill gets decent on the way to Mt. Moon, but couldn't catch anything.
I buy the Magikarp, and get a Geodude. Geodude starts quite weak and useless, but quickly becomes very strong.
On the Nugget Bridge I face Blue, and I forget that despite type advantage Geodude has shit sp. defense, so his Charmander one-shots it. With my other (useful) teammates weak to fire, I can only switch to Ivysaur. I manage to poison and weaken the Charmander, and in the end results in a double-KO.
So I'm in Cerulean with no Pokémon but Beedrill and a Magikarp.
Desesperate, I catch an Spearow. It holds on for a while, but ultimately faints on the Nugget Bridge challenge. I sacrify Magikarp for a revenge-kill.
So I get an Oddish. It quickly proves to be pretty useful against the slowpokes and such. And considering it's my only chance of surviving Misty, I do my best to keep it alive.
Naturally, as I am with Grass pokémon, it eats Misty alive.
I caught a Meowth along the way and left it in the daycare. In Vermillion, I catch an Ekans and a Diglett. I think I might start having a proper team now!
So I easilly go through the SS Anne... until Blue, who faints Ekans which was doing pretty great until then. This time though I destroy him team far more easilly.
Naturally, Diglett wipes out Surge. Moving on.
I stay for a while with no other pokémon than these three. I grind and level them up enough. Then I remember I left Meowth in the Day Care... but when I try to actually level it up myself it gets killed off rather quickly.
I was worried about what to do without anything that knows flash able to use it. Luckily, I find a random Voltorb outside Dark Cave, so that fixes things up.
So I go through the Dark Cave, Oddish evolves, etc. The Pokémon I could catch was a Zubat, which I didn't bother with.
Blue is an asshole and faints Voltorb. I get worried about if this is really going to happen everytime.
So, Celadon. At this point, I need pokémon, fast. So I get a Growlithe and an Eevee which I immediately evolve into Vaporeon.
Diglett evolves before entering the Rocket HQ. Growlithe though is KO'd by a random grunt.
Dugtrio is killed by Giovanni.
That one actually hit me like a pile of bricks. I could've easilly avoided it. Charmander apocalypse is one thing, but at this point I had a somewhat solid team. I wanted to at least like draw a comic to dramatize it or something.
In any case, I catch a Doduo to assist in beating Erika, but it faints on the way back to Lavender.
I'm then torn between going to the Fighting Dojo, or to the tower. I decide to catch something in the tower and beat the dojo, ghosts are immune to fighting after all.
Now, it was a Cubone. Though not was I was expecting, it was a pleasant surprise in the end, and kinda fills the spot Dugtrio left.
I go to the Dojo... and ugh, Vaporeon REALLY does its best. But hurr, you can't heal between battles because the trainers are looking at you from both sides! I get angry, decide I'm not counting it, and vent my anger on the leader with Beedrill who defeats him with low HP but succesfully. I get Hitmonlee.
So, I still keep Vaporeon in my party, and do the Lavender Tower thing as I should've. But after that I change my mind and end up counting Vaporeon as dead.
Gloom evolved somewhere
This doesn't count as a legit Nuzlocke anymore, but that deal is solved. I get the pokéflute, and I don't know what does Snorlax count as, so I just faint it anyway. I get the SuperRod, and fish a Horsea.
Hitmonlee faints on the way to Fuschia, while I get a Ditto and a Venomoth (... or was it a Venonat? If it was it evolved almost immediatelly)
Horsea after getting Surf does Vaporeon's job pretty well, and Venomoth is a psychic butterfly of death that obliterates half of Koga's gym (the other half are psychic types and are dealt by Beedrill with Twinneddle). Along Cubone evolving, I fish a Gyarados (?!) and get Nidoran in the Safari which also evolved to Nidoking quickly. I have a pretty solid team... but that's not enough.
I go to the Power Plant, and get a Magnemite. And defeat Zapdos on the way.
So at that point, my team is: [Beedrill - Vileplume - Marowak - Horsea - Venomoth - Nidoking] [Ditto - Gyarados - Magnemite]
I go to Sylph co. Horsea evolves, and Nidoking faints against Blue. I get a Lapras.
Beedrill breaks most of the Psychic gym, and the poison/ghosts are taken care of by Venomoth.
Seafoam islands are uneventful. I was hoping to get another Ice type like Cloyster or Dewgong, but it had to be a Psyduck. Oh well.
I revived the fossils on Cinnabar, hoping to get a good usable pokémon... I forgot they are level 5. I just teach Aerodactyl Fly for easy moving across cities, but that's it. The Tentacool I capture near and evolve into Tentacruel is far more useful.
The Burned Mansion... Seeing Leo Modesto lose Cirno in his Touhoumon run made me worried, but it went mostly fine. Same with Blaine.
On the islands, I decided to train lower-level mons. I also found a Ponyta. Unfortunately, she fainted against the biker gang. I was looking forward to evolving Seadra into Kingdra if I could buy an scale or something, but they are only carried by wild Horsea which I can't catch nor steal from.
I prepared Vileplume for Giovanni's Gym and it went very well. Vileplume and Seadra made the Victory Road pretty easy except for those damn fire-type trainers. Though that left me with a very unbalanced team.
(And no, nobody died against Blue this time)
So I for the first time started actually level-grinding the team I thought would be best: Beedrill, Vileplume, Marowak, Seadra, Venomoth and Magneton. While I had a rough plan (Magneton sweeps Lorelei, Venomoth vs Bruno and then Agatha, Seadra vs Lance) I had to improvise, but it was easy and fun and lost nobody.

This also happened. A lot.
The final battle... His entire team was a joke except for Charizard, to which 4/6 of my pokémon are weak to and the one that had the type advantage had shit sp. def to deal with it (yep, again). Sacrified Beedrill and Marowak to be able to KO it.
tl;dr Fuck Blue/Green/Gary whatever.
