My Thanksgiving holiday crashed and burned...

I was supposed to go 180 miles to Jacksonville, but at 97 Miles we had car trouble and had to go back home at an average speed of 25 MPH. Couldn't continue going there because we would get stuck there for days and I have to work Friday

So no Happy Thanksgiving for me

That sucks, especially having to work tomorrow. Car trouble, bleeah. I had thanksgiving with my extended family, and as usual, was the only one who did not overeat. I ate more than I usually do, but that's not very hard, considering how little I normally eat. There were way too many pies though, someone got a little overzealous with baking.

The only thing I ate was red chicken with mashed potatoes and the usual daily helping of beans. Then some pumpkin pie. It was pretty boring because I didn't have any friends or relatives here to celebrate Thanksgiving.

I went over to mom's friend's mother-in-law's house and had two pieces of turkey and some delicious rolls before going over to my grandmother's house to have another roll before falling asleep on the couch.

I say it's been a good day.

I went out to a ludicrously fancy restaurant with my family and grandmother, I dislike turkey so I had a crab and fish dish instead, whcih was great. Afterwards we went to my grandmother's apartment, and some other relatives came over to visit as well, but they were late and came just as we were leaving.
