I was just randomly looking around and noticed this older video with the early character designs for the biker and black dude. I'm not much of a fan to notice what's all else might be different, but I didn't see this on the wiki, so I thought I'd link to it here for those with better familiarity to see what's up.

Well immediately noticeable:

The reload animations are slower
Smokers explode into different colored smoke when killed
Medpack is held differently in first person
Zoey's hands (and I imagine the rest of her) are different. Bill's slightly different too, but not as noticeably as Francis and Louis.
Pipe bomb not lit like in final
Scoreboard is obvious placeholder
Looks a lot darker. Some of it might be bad recording.
Item placement seems to be different
There's not nearly as much head bobbing during movement in the final
Zombies look different. This might be due to the change in graphical style they said they did because using realistically decayed flesh as a reference made them vomit so they gave the zombies potato skin.
Looks like there are lots of minor changes to the level layout, but I'd have to double check to be sure

The wiki doesn't cover stuff from prerelease content unless it's still in the game files anyway. I haven't looked into L4D1 (I know there is a bunch of unused content not in the wiki though) but I doubt they left everything in the GCF that was changed from this video. Interesting video regardless.
