I'll use this thread to document strange finds in the OoT text dump. I don't know if they're unused, but they at least look unfamiliar to me, and I know a lot about this game, so that's saying something. Anyway, here's two strings I found:

You can't use a Big Poe here! Sell it to the man at the Hyrule Castle Town gate! (offset: 90F88C)

An unusual message. I've tried anything (including trying to sell the Big Poe in Kakariko Village) but I haven't gotten this message to appear yet.

All right, you're done! Please wait outside while I set up your next challenge! (offset: 911033)

To my knowledge, there are no games that throw you out after you've played once. Therefore, I'm clueless on where this would be used.

For Majora's Mask you'd have to check the Japanese version, and I can't read this language at all. They cleaned up the game script a lot for the American release.

I haven't played either Wind Waker or Twilight Princess, so I can't do those.

I would bet the Japanese version of OoT is more likely to have additional unused content as well. The debug version would be another place to look.
