well i saw that you could not select the Music/SFX Menu for Judge Dredd
i've manged to get it selectable with this code

Some notes just from fiddling around with this:

CHANGE TUNE goes up to 21.
CHANGE SFX goes up to 111, the counter visually wraps back to 00 after 99, but will continue up to "11".
