If it's a table just do border="1" in it. If it's css you have to do something a bit more fancy. :p

Actually, the CSS is already there - it's just broken. It says "border: px solid;" without a number specifying how many pixels it should be. Adding a number (such as "border: 1px solid;") is enough for any decent browser to render the borders properly.

Of course, there's also ways to change the color, and (in some browsers) add an image. My layout, for example, does both.

I did a little tweaking (condensing the layout down a bit) and added some borders to it, although it's just miniature versions of the border covering my layout.

Also, at the moment my layout's have just been tables and PNG's, I have of yet included any CSS in them.
