First post here...

I was looking through the ROM for the Game Genie for NES, and I noticed that it seems to use the graphics from Bubble Bobble three to four times as some sort of padding. Can anyone else confirm this by checking other GG ROMs?

Hm- I just looked through my copy of GENIE.NES and I don't see Bubble Bobble graphics, but instead it seems to repeat itself a bunch of times (both in the data and "graphics" sections)... I wonder if there are multiple versions of the Game Genie NES ROM floating around?

The Game Genie used a very small ROM. The only reason the data is duplicated several times is because many NES emulators cannot handle ROMs below a certain size. The Bubble Bobble data was almost certainly added by a dumper to pad the ROM to a usable size.
