Trouble with DVDs not playing in certain players or computers? Well, with DVD+R(W) (DL) media, you can actually change the book type of the disc (such as setting a DVD+R DL to DVD-ROM for older DVD players, etc.)

As always, make sure to burn at a moderate speed (roughly 1/2 to 3/4 of the rated speed, ie. for 24x media, burn at 12x to 18x) and use high quality media
