The sky is orange and it's horrible to breathe here, but the fires, naturally, are in the more forested areas. LA is safe, as am I, but the stuff miles away and around where I live is, to put it simply, screwed.

The fires will probably burn all of that area to a crisp. I've been inhaling it all day, so that means it's been getting worse all the time.

The fires were two blocks from my friends house, she was saved by those wind funnel effects that steered the fire away from her. Man, its crazy down there.

This might be a sign that someone or thing wants to do away with Cali. It might be a west vs east coast thing. Few years ago they attacked us with hurricanes and this year we attack with fires. At any rate, I hope no one gets hurt but in all honesty, I could give a rat's ass about the celeb homes.

Most of the houses destroyed were in the mountains, where most of the rich people live.

Not-rich people like me were never even remotely threatened by the fire. Yay!
