Yup, I took the liberty of delving into the idea everyone will criticise everyone for. HOWEVER i am serious about this mod. This isn't some random ass mod where loads of behavioural incorrect objects are surrounding a star and that's it. And there's no Seemingly unrealistic floating platforms (well cept' for the occasional tree but that's elevated by a cloud ^^) I had a little play with the colour theme of Mario 64. To suit the new change of Mario to Luigi I decided to change some major red objects to Green And vice-versa such examples of this are the green room of the castle, the red pipes and the red trees.

This Mod is simply put, a difficulty mod. I created a picture to show the basic status of the mod. Quite simply put. I haven't done much I must admit. But here's the 'poster' anyway.



Yup there you have it. Not bad non?

Anyway...This is where I need YOU to help. If you spot any chances for a goal I can make Extremely hard BUT possible (for example the pipe I made to fight bowser for the castle entrance key) PLEASE lemme know. My imagination is a bit lacking so I need some creative minds to feel free to suggest an idea.

ONE MORE THING

If your going to give criticism PLEASE let it be creative oh and make sure you've played the mod first then you can have more viable evidence for critism I'll pay attention to and amend any faults with my mod.

Two Things.
Get rid of those floating trees and boxes, check my thread to see why.
And it might suit the environment better if the trees and pipes are green again.
Everything else seems fine by my books.

Use Tile Mollestor to change the color of Mario's (Luigi's) Lives bar, the hat is red.
Also, see if maybe you can work with VL-Tone to make luigi taller, like he should be.

Well, I can understand boxes that appear with a switch, but the hovering trees are just a bad idea.

Well i thought jumping across the trees to access the pipe was a creative idea =[ I was trying to retain the surrealism of mario whilst not overdoing it...however if you think it's too much i'll change the trees to timed hidden boxes. I guess 'floating' is frowned upon >< And for the red trees...yeah fine but i wish to keep the pipes red.

BTW... Have any of you actually tried the mod yet?

Don't take it the wrong way or anything, It is a good mod, I just wish to point out anything that might need to be changed.
Anyways, I revoke my trees need to be green statement, I see the connection with the colors and such now.

Yeah I had a play with the colours to represent the change of M to L.

I'll remove the 'floaters' though ^^

Not only do I have no programs that can open a .ppf file, but I can't help but feel that you're trying to hijack this thread and advertise your own work. Showing others up is fine, as long as you do it in your own thread and have images to support it that people can actually view.

It's a nice hack, I must say. Luigi needs to be a little taller and thinner, and it's excellent.

I like the Daisy thing, how that Star comes out of the Painting of Daisy. Very nice.

Actually, if you hard-coded a Luigi tall/thin GS Code into the ROM, as me and "The Glitch" is trying to find out, you could keep Luigi tall and thin.

I see this as a beta version of the mod. I hope you'll continue working on it.
