Hey I'm going to show the fruitful taste of cps3.

This is the standard Dev menu of any Capcom play system if it available on there still options maybe different, but that rainbow is still there.

There is a lot of unused items on this game. First, i'll be showing of the unused characters(since its the most interesting).

This is Gray Fly (or Tower of Glay like the picture shows) You see him as a sub-boss on the psx version of this game on here this is all that remains(only 128 frames).


J.Gail well this is only thing that pointed that at one time J.Gail was going to separate character.

Well there is actually more to these characters, but the sprites are on Jojo's Venture.

Actually that death portrait appears in the game, when you beat Hol Horse (Hol has his own, but it's used with another version of the character). Since it's not mentioned in the above post, in order to access the debug in either game set the second-to-last byte of the region value to 7 (i.e. 0x7?, instead of 0x0? as is usually used). The easiest way to achieve this is to use the CPS-3 emu and set the region to 117. When the game starts, hold LP and press the service button, it will bring up the menu.

At least one sprite of Enya and Cameo's stand remained in there from what memory serves, as well as sprites for some of the zombies. JoJo's Venture on the CPS-3 had some sprites unique to *it* in the debug as well.

But this is possible on other emulators ,Ash.

As for the region settings it goes by tens(in hex)
0x0# = Standard
0x1# = no CD
0x2# = Character Check
0x3# = Publicity
0x4# = Location Test
0x5# = Show
0x6# = Debug
0x7# = Development
0x8# = Inspection (or the start of Widescreen for some games)

As for the actual regions they go like this

0x#0 = X X X X X (Develop)
0x#1 = Japan
0x#2 = Asia
0x#3 = Euro
0x#4 = USA
0x#5 = Hispanic
0x#6 = Brazil
0x#7 = Oceania
0x#8 = Korea

The Develop Region actually is the only region where you get to use the two other buttons(mk and hk) in this four button game as there use was for Frame by Frame mode.
