What is your Myers-Briggs type indicator?
This is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. It produces results in the form of four letters and it's pretty fucking spiffy. Oh, you should probably take the test in the post before you select your answer unless you're darn sure about what you are. Then it's okay. But otherwise, I'd be mad.

I am ENTJ. 11 50 62 67.

I moved to ENTJ from INTJ mostly on the fact that as I have grown older, I have come to regret not having more contact with other people, and thus while I still enjoy being alone for long periods of time, it isn't the same without seeing more people face to face between said periods.

I've taken the official version of this test and it at the time said I was E/I NTJ back then as well. I'm kind of ambivalent about the 'socializing' part of it, always have been.

Two different tests said my personality type is ISFP. Here's the specific results from the one linked in the original post:
  • distinctively expressed introvert (67%)
  • moderately expressed sensing personality (25%)
  • moderately expressed feeling personality (38%)
  • moderately expressed perceiving personality (44%)

..and from this test (indirectly linked from above), I received these results: 
Introverted (I) 86% 	Extraverted (E) 14%

Sensing (S) 73% 	Intuitive (N) 27%

Feeling (F) 70% 	Thinking (T) 30%

Perceiving (P) 68% 	Judging (J) 32%

There are things in the profile that don't really fit me, though. For one, I don't see myself as a trendsetter...

Well, like usual, I'm right on the border between INTP and INFP, something like 80 50 1 10.

I think this test is slightly off-center on the P-J axis because I am usually much more than 10% P, and a lot of people here seem to be getting J unexpectedly.

I was expecting to high five Terra again like in the last thread but who knows?

Basically personality types are a curiosity but not particularly practical. I think it's an interesting system but it doesn't really tell you very much about yourself.

Well, I think it does a fairly good job at giving some people insight into themselves, but the main problem with this test is that those around the border can get pretty different results even months after taking their first test, as a variety of variables can affect what kind of answers people give.

Therefore, unless you're a fairly extreme example of a particular personality type, like myself, you should probably take whatever description it gives with a grain of salt.
