"A horrible person". That's what it says. "A horrible person."

We weren't even testing for that.

...Daylight Savings suck.

I totally did not know that today it would be switched (I assumed it was someday in April), and I wanted to go to bed at 2 AM... guess why that didn't happen.

And now I have to switch all clocks again and, of course, somehow adapt to the new time, blegh.

Though, what's awesome is what they're going over in Russia: they're switching to Daylight Savings and keeping it forever from now on. Now, they already did this in Soviet times, and today they did this again and somehow have "double Daylight Savings" now... Of course, it's gonna be bad in winter for them when it stays dark 'til 11 AM.

I got lost when they switched too. I was lying in bed last night watching Babylon 5, thinking "Ok, it's 12:45. It should be done at about 1:30, then I can sleep."

BAM. It was suddenely 2:10 and I swear I spent a few seconds wondering if my TV and I had travelled through time. Then I remembered that we lose an hour of sleep now D:

I stopped caring about time quite a ways back. I rarely have any important events to worry about. And no job so I don't really see a point to paying too much attention to it.

Phew. Cause I saw this and was like "X_X I've been dealing with that for a week+!" I almost felt bad that like everyone had been conned at work for me leaving early. XD

DST is rather annoying, IMO.

Actually, I like gaining an hour in the fall, but losing an hour in the spring is annoying, and either way it's rather disorienting.

I don't really have much of an issue with it at all. I mean I love how it makes the sun rise and set an hour later in the spring.

It means you don't have to wake up so early to see the sunrise and then you can stay out longer before it gets dark.

I kind of love it, actually.

I'm half-indifferent to Daylight Savings Time. I love the "fall back" part, because I can stay up an hour later without penalty. The only reason I like the "spring forward" part is because it's super easy for me to adjust the clock.

So yeah, definitely about a 60-40 for me.

Apparently, the concept of being able to set a clock backward still eludes digital clock makers.

My old alarm clock ran fast, and it was annoying having to push "minute" 55 times to set it backward 5 minutes to compensate.

Oh my god. I hate having to do this. Especially because my high school has a different schedule on Monday, so I get to sleep in for an extra hour. So every time I want to to move it back one I have to keep moving the hour button forward until I hit 6:00am again.

I like DST, because you gain an extra hour of sunlight in the afternoon. It makes up for the fact that I miss most of the sunlight in the winter, due to sleeping and classes. Nothing like going into class while it's sunny, and leaving class with it being completely dark outside. (Come to think of it, I think this is why winter is always so depressing for me)

I just slowly adjust my sleep schedule to fit before it happens. Thus, no disorientation. Works nicely.

I'm not too bothered by the time changes, though I prefer the way it's handled in Fall. No issue adjusting, for me.

...Then again, I do have a hatred of warm weather and spring...

I had an alarm clock that went fast. But then the buttons stopped working so well, the CD player crapped out and the display would sometimes glitch out as well.

I am never buying anything from Jensen again.

Since lately I've been waking up late and going to bed late, Daylight Savings Time is definitely a plus.

The losing-an-hour-of-sleep thing, admittedly...

What is worse is that it doesn't do anyone any good! It was invented to help farmers, by giving them an extra hour in the morning, but surprise surprise, FARMERS DON'T GO BY TIME, THEY GO BY DAYLIGHT!
All it does is give them less time to get tot he market!

Actually, having daylight savings now tries to take advantage of having people keeping their lights off for as long as possible throughout the day and etc. to save energy.
