We've had one camera crew try to use our house as a set, we refused. When they came back we offered to call the police on them and then they could record themselves being arrested for whatever they were filming, instead.

My mouse has a glowing ominous red LED that starts phasing on and off when its battery is below 15% charge! It's a Logitech.

My mouse has the red glow too but it's a PS/2 mouse... so that glow is always on even if it's moved a fraction of an inch.

I have a microsoft wired confort shape mouse. The red glow will only stay on for one second after you stop moving so it is very power efficient.

I have a Logitech mouse too that I really, really like. Not so much for the mouse (which works just fine), but more for the little USB sensor it has. I mean it, that thing is little! It's so small it has a slot inside the mouse to store it in!

Kind of wonderful, especially when I kept getting the mice that would stick out and screw up until I wiggled the hell out of it to try to make it go. :X

You guys seriously have the coolest mice ever. I only have a touchpad to work with here.

I used to use this Dell Mouse, though, that had buttons that sped up the movement of the mouse. There were a few levels of speed. I never really used that functionality, but it was still cool.

I have a complete dislike of touchpads and only use them when I absolutely have to. I can never get it to move like I want to and end up having to fidget with it far too much. And then there's all the accidental clicks...

Apparently they were common in the 1990s, then died out for some stupid reason

There's usually a way to disable tap-to-click on touchpads. I have no idea why something so prone to accidents is usually enabled by default.

Don't Lenovo Thinkpads run them? I think that's the leading nub brand, but I'm not so sure. I don't actually mind touchpads that much, especially since I have neat features like circular scrolling. I only prefer having a mouse because it's supposed to be more ergonomic. A little repetitive strain sure goes a long way.

The only reason I use a mouse is because the touch pads and nubs are too slow, the mouse gives me the power to speed surf.
