I've flown exactly ONCE in the last several years, and it was from Montreal to Hamilton. Only an hour.

(Granted, security wasn't THAT bad even though it was after 9/11... I mean, nothing like it is now.)

Yeah, I really don't mind the pat-downs most of the time. But the fat sweaty inspector with a pedo stache'? He's just looking for a lawsuit.

When I went though like half a year ago, I got a pt-down, had to get my items sent though the usual x-ray, and some sort of full body scanner machine. I think only low-budget airports (like the one I went through on my way home from the trip) still use inspectors.

We have x-rays which are mandatory, but every few people, somebody gets pulled over for a patty.

It's been colder than it usually should be as of late, which is really strange because it's getting close to Spring. You'd think things would be getting warmer.

The temperature dropped recently here as well- it was about 20 degrees warmer when I came home Saturday compared to now. (Well, by now I mean "today", it's probably even colder now that the sun has set and all)

The temperature's finally starting to fluctuate toward the warmer side of things. We're getting rain over snow now, which is a vast improvement if you ask me.

Maybe there won't be snow on the ground in the summer after all in Maine.

I just took down our Christmas lights. The snow's melting had finally got it to a point where the power cord was accessible again.
