...I find it ironic the site isn't Wii-compatible.

Well, they have to have SOMETHING make release before Christmas. Super Mario Galaxy, with a month to go before release, is probably a safe bet.

So yea. I had this feeling in my gut the whole time. and it also looks like Sonicandtails WILL BE BUYING SSBB like the rest of us.

Also there's a point in the movie when sonic bounces up in a weired way. It seems the spring board may be a new item or something.



Anyway. Super Sonic as final smash. Hopefully Live and Learn will remain his theme too. :3

I knew this was coming at some point, except I thought that this was only going to come like a day or two before release to hype the game to huge quantites.

I'm not going to lie about this guys. I was on the verge of crying when I saw the update. My mouth was literally wide open during each video. I watched them both 3 times. Today is the best day of my life and noone better ruin it.

I can't say it was unexpected, though. Somewhere down the line, Nintendo and Sega, arch-rivals of video game lore, settled their differences and became best of friends. Nintendo even let them ruin F-Zero! It only seemed natural that if another cameo were to appear, Sega would get to fill the role.

I thought to myself long ago that if Nintendo wanted to guarantee millions of Wii sales that wouldn't have otherwise happened, they should put Sonic the Hedgehog or Mega Man into Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I guess they listened to my unexpressed consideration.

Let's only hope Mega Man doesn't also show up.

Now who else are they going to add? They've already added characters from Nintendo's long time competitors, Sonic and Snake. I honestly doubt the black guy from Nintendo Olympics will make it... Well it does seem Bungie has split from Microsoft.... Might as well say it!

Didn't you hear about Triforce? You know, the one that led to Sega's F-Zero AX/GX (I didn't see what was so wrong with them, outside of the "hard as hell" factor, by the way) and Namco's Mario Kart.

...What would be so wrong with it? Megaman's been in tons of fighting games he wouldn't belong in, and did fine in them. He wouldn't even be a blatant advertisement (cough ROY cough).

Anyhow... I seem to remember the number being near 3 for how many 3rd party characters would be in. A generic Belmont (probably Simon) would be a near perfect fit for the third one, seeing how they had almost the exact same heritage as Snake AND are another Konami property.

Regardless... Sonic. Awesome. Naka was trying to get him into Melee and Double Dash!!, anyway, from what I've heard.
