Close... it's forum 0. It's meant as a hack to keep a bug from working (and to collect all the bugged threads in one spot) -- ordinarily, when you try to reply to a thread that doesn't exist, it looks up the thread (which doesn't exist, giving forum 0), then looks up the forum (which doesn't exist), to check for permissions... since everything returned is 0, poster-powerlevel >= reply-powerlevel is true, and you can reply to threads that don't exist.

(This bug fails for making new threads in forums that don't exist because the new thread page checks to make sure the forum exists.)

World -1 is just a catch-all forum that has its minthread/minreply powers set to 5, so nobody can actually post in it. The bug still remains, though -- I haven't gotten time to actually fix it yet.

As for why it shows up in the forum jump, I'm not entirely sure why I left it there... It's probably just in the wrong category; categories you can't view don't have their forums listed, which is how some other semi-hidden forums are missing from the forum jump.


The forum should be empty, though, as I removed all of the cheated threads. A few users thought it was funny to insert posts into threads 20000, 50000, etc, so that they'd get the first post. Those posts were trashed, of course. I think.
