Lately I've been taking terranigma apart and while doing so I found some test stuff you will see in this video

I have the text format RE'd to like 99% and I'm now firguring out the script stuff ...

I also found these two strings in the VRAM (one is from terranigma the other one from illusion of time)

Thanks for translating, expected something more but well ...

I also got some news !

Since staring at text got a bit boring I decided to look into tiles/maps and I have now fully figured out how
tiles and maps are stored and how to decompress the data.

Here I have two rendered images (in OpenGL!):

(It's not using the correct palette and my code doesn't support changing the palette per tile yet)

Funny thing that the vases are part of the map and only become a sprite when picked up.

The font gfx is at 0x368000 (uncompressed) in the german version.
