I have... Firefox stuck, and that's about it. Huh, I guess I use explorer for most stuff.

I've got a whole shitload pinned to my laptop's taskbar, though. The one thing I really like about 7.

I still use Windows XP x64, so no fancy task thing for me. I do have a bunch of crud buried under the double arrows in my quicklaunch, though.

And our 88th man of metal has achieved RS+

I got RS a few posts ago, too.

And I still use Firefox. Once I tried to switch to Opera, but I stuck with Firefox anyway.

DOSBox, mIRC, WS_FTP, MadEdit, Imgburn here... for the ones I use much, anyway.

Which browser I use depends on where I am.

Windows I stick to Firefox, Linux Opera or Chrome, and Safari on OS X.

I used Firefox on all platforms. For a while I used Opera for videos, but then x64 Flash support came out. Presto... no more Opera needed. x64 video viewing also helps speed it up.

I stick to 32-bit Windows - my experience with 64-bit has been awful.

64-bit Linux isn't that bad, though - I'd use Arch, however, if I were to use it as a main OS.

I don't blame you about x64 Windows. It has taken literally five years for them to actually make software for flash on x64 Windows. All this time my x64 power has been wasted on Flash... very annoying.

I'm annoyed that a lot of 16-bit stuff refuses to run with x64 Windows, and things like Zelda Classic give me lots of trouble.

Nothing pinned to my Windows 7 taskbar as I'm going for the 9x look (still ), and I still mostly go through my desktop for my programs

As for browsers, it's either Chrome or Opera for me, but I've been trying out Firefox 4 recently too

Yeah, the 16-bit stuff is so problematic, I run a virtual machine of Windows XP x32 to just be able to see it.

Yep, I keep both Windows 98SE and 2000 in VMs so I can use 16-bit programs or games (some games designed for 9x also choke on 2K/XP)

It's more that x64 tends to shit itself upon install for me.

Then again, Windows 7 in general does! I'm lucky this laptop doesn't have more issues.

It gets more fun. Drivers like to just randomly explode. In the early days, updating your video card could ruin your Windows to the point of needing Safe mode.

I can't remember the last time I installed Windows rather than just using the Windows that came with a computer.

This machine is the only one where I've had Windows preinstalled on it.
