I was at I1 the first day it opened. Even had a higher post count than ACMLM for a few hours or so. I stopped back by during I2 I guess it was, but never was active again until now.

Acmlm's was something like the 4th board I ever joined, and the first AcmlmBoard. I didn't show myself to the Internet until January 2002.

At first, the board actually intimidated me with its size.

That, and I was already active mostly on PureZC and ZCNetwork. (the latter died, depressingly) I phase in and out sometimes on Gaming Universe, too, mostly because I don't know the people there too well. I frequented their IRC channel a lot in the past, though... more great memories.

I was amazed at I1's high activity level back in the days. People with over 10000 posts And my newbie thread got a few replies within minutes, whereas at my slower-moving boards it would usually take hours for any thread to get a response.
