Not sure if this is worthy of its own thread or not, but yeah.

On Friday, I received a letter from my top choice school, Academy Of Art University in San Francisco. I had applied a bit before, and was utterly overjoyed to find out that I got in!

Now to go about picking classes and dorms and such...I already have decided on a major (Animation), but yeah.

Wish me luck this fall, everyone!

Don't take your eyes off the prize at the end. Don't let the journey pull you down. You will be confronted with hurdles and you'll want to give up on school at times; that you never faltered in the face of them is the most important thing you can do.

Not sure how selective it is, but it's definitely a desirable one. It's one of the best art schools in the country, from what I have read.

I live about an hour and a half, maybe two hours from San Francisco, so I guess I could qualify as being from that general area.
