Hah, and here I thought I was the only one!

I did cheat a bit, though: I set up a telnet server on another machine of mine, installed Elinks on that, and telnetted into it... circumvented the RAM limitations pretty well. (768MB vs. 10MB... yeah.)

I'd play music over it, too - the server's right next to my bed, so it's not like I had trouble hearing it.

Also, in cases of threads like this one, a limited page number list would be nice. Something like "1 ... 780 ... 880 881 882 883". That would help for mobile devices.

Oh god, I remember browsing the board in Links/Elinks on my DS.

Whole fucking pages of page numbers. Not that fun.

I used to read wikipedia in bed on the DS, in Linux.

I've browsed the web on the DS, but I only used the DS Internet Browser... None of this fancy Linux. (Since I don't have a flash cart)

I had a flash cart that had 32MB on it that Linux can use. It has died, though. BGA chips and cheap chinese soldering don't go well together...

Ah, one of those... damn.

I have the official 8MB expansion, since I needed it rather soon and waiting months for a 16MB one didn't seem worth it.

I wish DSLinux still had development going on, it still has a lot of potential. The official site is even dead.

"A horrible person". That's what it says. "A horrible person."

We weren't even testing for that.

I actually considered posting here from my NT4 on MIPS.

The problem was that I couldn't find a browser that worked (IE2 does not work...) I can compile but... that doesn't help me a lot.

Of course, if you zoom enough, that can happen on a monitor too...

Set the screen resolution to 320x200.

It's actually possible with older versions of the nVidia Control Panel.
