So I just got a notice about this... I'm not sure I should switch... most changes they have done to the interface in the past force more java script to be used and makes it generally less easy to use.
So, is anyone using this yet?

I got a notification and just removed it- I don't even have any photos or anything, and my understanding is that part of the new profile is supposed to make photos more visible.

The new profile is actually in my opinion better than the old one.
There's more info in less space and it's more organized and easier to use.
That's at least how I see it.
Good change really.

I switched and tried out a new function added, and I'm already amazed at how stupid it's set up!
You now have other field then "friends" field that you can fill. So I tried to add people to my "best friends" list, and one would assume that the first thing it would pick from would be from my facebook account, right?
No of course not, that would intelligent, and we can't have that. So instead it want me to look in on a IM or e-mail service to look for contacts there. I'd assume that if you have a best friend, that would be one of the first people you add on facebook, not someone you still don't have added. In fact, I can't even seam to find any option for picking from facebook friends, I don't know, maybe I'm blind, but still. :/

Look at the bottom, make a list.
It's very simple and straight forward.

It still picks friends from your friend list at random to display.
but for those who want to they can create custom lists such as "Best Friends", "Awesome People" or whatever.
Completely optional, no need to get angry at it yet.

Prefer the old one, but they've made worse changes.
It's nice that you can actually see interests that you share with friends when you go to their profile, but I think that's really the only thing I like. The info at the job just feels awkward, especially when the person with the profile didn't enter in much in the first place. ____________________ |

I have to admit my fear is that people will start expecting me to feature them or something... but I suppose that's kind of unjustified.
