Oh yeah, legal requirements.
Previously, winter tires were never technically required here. It says you have to prepare your car for the winter, but never mentions that winter tires are required for that. But seeing as the last winter was an absolute catastrophe because everyone kept the summer tires, it will be made compulsory for this year "whenever there's snow on the road" (which means even in the mid of July if it happens to snow a small bit  ).____________________ |
