I remember when I ran message boards where I'd do a ban and then for some reason, it affected other members too.

That was always such a pain to mess with, but thankfully, didn't happen often.

The only time I have ever been banned from any IRC servers was when someone hacked an oper's account, and g-lined everyone. It took a while to get everything back up.

(I have been banned from some channels before, but (almost) every case has been because the person didn't like me for whatever reason.)

78.129.202.38 is a mibbit IP and the only one that's been zlined. So I believe the problem is more or less fixed.
