Also prodding since I know Castlevania 1 and 2 haven't really been looked into back when TCRF was a site. And I'm not sure how many people have looked much into the third game.

I do remember seeing that XCult posted a thing on their site about the unused Level Up messages in Castlevania II. It seems to me that there should be a bunch more in a game like that.

And didn't someone mention something about the unused file select music that was cut out between the Famicom and the NES versions at one point? I don't really remember if it was mentioned here or at another forum I browsed, but someone mentioned it, and that's all that matters.

As far as I know, the only unused dialogue in Castlevania 2 is that which I've already posted to the wiki. It was actually Dean from TheAlmightyGuru.com who brought the unused text to my attention when he was making his own hack of the game, and I confirmed them all by looking them up in a hex editor.

The Unused Name Entry music in Castlevania 1 is already on the wiki. Looks like someone already converted my MP3 to OGG format, too.

The game genie code for the Castlvania 3 level debug menu is
KVEVPYEP

I created this code years ago. It originally started as a 6 digit code for a money bag mod. As I was changing the 1st 2 digits of the game genie code, the debug menu appeared after the titile screen. Even though this code works, it's probably not the right code to directly access the debug menu

After lookng at it, the code works by jumping to a spot that eventually causes the value in $0018 to be one byte higher than normal. Memory address $0018 is a global event/menu index, and $07 is for the debug menu (other values can be typed in for Game Over screen, the ending, etc). It doesn't look like there's any programming that sets $07, which is not surprising. In fact, all of this is almost identical to http://wiki.rustedlogic.net/Notes:Super_Castlevania_IV and its unused 7E0070 08 index.

Before I learned how to use a hex editor, I use to spend hours typing in random 6 digit game genie codes. I guess I got lucky finding this code. Thanks for looking into it JLukas.
