Paulguy's Post configuration The local grocery store's (wegmans) self-branded yogurt is pretty good and the cups are reasonable size. It's also not the light nonsense which has very little benefit compared to real yogurt. I often eat it with breakfast in the morning if we have any. ____________________ |

Yeah those small cups are nonsense. But we have a store which sells large 1.5 liter bottles of yogurt. These actually take some time to get empty. ____________________ |

| I tried Activia and I think it wreaks too much havoc on my system. It also tastes more bitter to me than other types of yogurt.
I usually stick with Yoplait, Dannon Light (I'm not too fond of the normal Dannon that you have to stir), and the Kroger brand. Weight Watchers is okay, too. I used to like Blue Bunny, but nobody sells it around here anymore. |

| I usually toss yogurt in the freezer to freeze it to solve the "bite, gulp, bite, gulp, gone" problem. Just be careful about how thin the plastic is in the yogurt container you use, or you'll be finding that your spoon will also go through the plastic.
And I usually just get store brand yogurt. Screw the paying for a name brand junk. ____________________ |

Paulguy's Post configuration I imagine it's related to the high sugar content of some of the brands of yogurt, where by the time you're done with the cup, you've had as much sugar as a considerable amount of candy. Also brands aimed at children will be minuscule because I don't know... I could certainly have eaten more then what most of those provide, and I imagine most children could have as well, but again, they're probably loaded with a ton of sugar so they need to balance it out, I guess. I'd rather have something more filling than nauseatingly sweet. ____________________ |

| I tried Danimals, a brand aimed at children, once and it was bland and flavorless. To add insult to injury, it was hard to scoop it out of the container because the sides are ridged (!!) Never again will I eat that kind.
I'm just fine with light varieties that have no or reduced sugar, although not everyone is okay with consuming Nutrasweet. |

I can't remember which flavors I had.
Vanilla too... but only certain kinds. You can really tell the difference between actual vanilla and vanilla flavoring.
