I've been going through this for 2 weeks now, and it's fucking killin' me! My family is worried and so am I, maybe it's my body changing I dunno. Did anyone go through this before?

Who knows I might have to see a Doctor if this keeps up, I don't want to get worst down the line.

Are you taking any new medications, vitamins, etc? Or has anything else in your daily routine changed, such as sleep schedule or increased physical exertion?

Yeah I've been going through some major shit for the past 2 weeks. Stress & depression which I'm taking meds for to help me cope still creep up on me & I hate it. With personal issues and family problems is what really grinds me, sometimes I feel like I'm gonna lose it.

I haven't told my family but I've been having suicidal thoughts because what's been going on, there's times where I really hate my life and the man I became to be. I feel at times like the whole world crumbles on me cause what I've been/going through.

I see a therapist on Mondays, I'm gonna have to tell him when he gets back from vacation what's going on with me. I'm gonna ask him to see if I can get a medication increase if that'll help, hopefully it'll help so I don't get these thoughts.

I do feel a bit better today, went to NJ to take care'a some business with my brother. Thanks for lettin' me vent guys.

Right now, at this moment, we can't sleep. Chad's playing Final Fantasy VIII and I'm writing some PHP. Being starved of sleep is usually an indication that you're in a focused mood. The number of games I've beaten after an all nighter at 7AM Saturday morning is... still quite low but it's a very good time
