I tried White Castle once when I was in Jersey. It was alright, nothing special. The little mini burgers were neat though, I'd never seen something like that before.

 | | | | | I've held a bit of a grudge against Wendy's ever since they discontinued the Big Bacon Classic, along with their "monthly special" burgers (Bacon Mushroom Melt  ). The Baconator is a disgusting abomination and poor substitute for the good ol' BBC.
Fortunately, their new Applewood bacon burger (forget the exact name) is basically the same thing, but with better bacon.

I have to say, I don't especially like Wendy's. Mostly because of the fries not being fresh. One time we were there and I got a burger plain, but it had stuff on it so we brought it up and the manager said it was all our fault.

Subway is huge around here. As are Starbucks and other coffee chains.
There are a fair number of McDonald's restaurants, but chains like KFC or Burger King are rare. I guess Seattleites tend to like healthier foods (not me, though). The McDonald's menus actually have the number of calories for each meal in the same size numbers as the price, something unheard of back in Michigan  ____________________
