Lately, I've had this insatiable desire to do pixel art:



Status/inventory/etc. icons for an RPG-ish game. I don't actually have one in the works, I just felt like drawing this stuff.



Platform tile ideas for a possible Legend of the Blob Bros. (SMB2) prequel.



Design for a new rustedmagick.com index page (now with 100% less Flash! ). Obviously based on the Mega Man 3 stage select screen.

All of my work lately has been done in YY-CHR, using the standard NES palette (though these are 4bpp tiles, not 2bpp). I only use PSP4 to paste the images together.

More crap to come...

I like.

Those RPG and 8bit tiles are very well done, the sideways tiles had me double glancing to see if they were 4 colors.
