Does anyone here use a different nick when you register for places that you don't want people to know about? I've done it a couple times, but I'm not going to say what or where.
For youtube I use a different name, though, because I wanted one that didn't have numbers in it. So I wrote a small program that tries to sorta produce alright sounding names, and it came up with 'aeduo'. I don't think there are any people online with the name, but I see some references to it for various things.
For paulguy, there's a few things related to me that come up (should be pretty obvious which), but nothing particularly telling that you wouldn't know about me from reading my posts.

Intresting results?
That's how I found out about Audix, the microphone manufacturing company. It struck me as an odd coincidence.

Most of my own usernames have been character names, English words, or combinations of English words. I have taken a few from Commodore computer stuff though.
No wonder names like 'Terra' are often taken, as it's from a game millions of other people played. I used to go around as 'Tuvai' before, which was pretty much never taken, except for on AIM (I used 'Tuvai com' and 'Tuvai net' there). Nowadays I just go around using my real name, or if it's taken, 'Le Roi'.

Searching my name 'nensondubois' on Google does in fact reveal the origin of my username being the typo that it is (as explained in my Wikipage). The first four results are the pages I want to be seen ironically.

I think it's funny how so many n00bs think that Metal_Man88 is an admin Maybe you should put "Local Moderator" back into your layout, or in your CT or something?

Yes, they seem to mistake my demeanor for being an admin.
As for that, I've mostly thought of my nickname being the white for the local moderator thing, but somehow I doubt idiots are going to get it.
If I can make them think I'm an admin with a normal user title, no ability to modify boards outside the SM64 forums, and my low key existence, then it seems no amount of 'Local Moderator' will tell them.
(I blame how I'm admin of some of my own things elsewhere... being admin of things tends to corrode how you speak... )
