So, in the enemy editor, under the "Turn Flag" thing, it says "Turn: Draw". What does this do if it's on? (I turned it on/off but saw no change either way).

I think it has different actions however.

what I don't get are the "joint-aim plater"... it just curls up and tries to move pathetically and crush you or whatever, instead of actually aiming to you... =/

It only does something when attached to other mobile parts - try attaching it to Joint-Turn 30-60s.

Panel-Aim init angle always tries to point in the same direction relative to the core. If you put it on a rolling panel, for example, it will always point in the same direction (if the rolling panel doesn't roll too fast, that is). Alternate actions for the panel increase the speed at which it aims. It's really useful if you want to have weapons that shoot in the same direction yet sit on a wiggling arm.

This thing is tough, even at Rank 1. Each wing provides energy to the core, along with the tail. Attempting to destroy the body without taking out the wings is impossible, as it heals faster than it can take damage. Watch out for its laser.

HM-1093 is my second creation, unless you count the fighters that help him. He is pretty annoying cause the fighters keep trying to ram you. By the way, I'm new to this site cause my friend (Tyty210) showed me Fraxy and I thought I would sign up so I can post my own bosses. I don't think anyone could beat him without dieing...cause of those damn fighters...

Oh and one more thing..how do the Part Regenerators work? I put them onto HM-1093 cause I thought it would regenerate his arms after a period of time when they get destroyed but they do nuthin...

Apparently, it's the The Heavy (Assault) Mech 1093 MK 19, With a mega flamethrower, pitchfork of ass-rapery, and lotsa lazers (The screens only show a couple), you will die. ESPECIALLY at rank 100. LIVE WITH IT!!... also, prove me wrong, please, I will be amazed.

If I do decide to beat this thing in one life, I'll need some AVI-recording material. If they make freeware of that. (A screenshot wouldn't do, since you could die 48 times and it wouldn't show it.)

You can use HyperCam (it has a little nag bar in the top left of the screen if you don't pay for it but it's mostly unnoticable).

Note: For Cirvante's guy you need to delete all but the front two boosters, otherwise it zooms offscreen at warp 10 and is completely uncatchable.

Also, how do the parts-recovery/regeneration/repair parts work, do they all do the same thing (heal parts that are attatched to them) just at different rates...? or what?

Each type heals a certain stat thing. Recovery decreases the time it stays stunned from Stun Bullets and Stun Blaster. Regeneration heals the ship's "Energy Regen", which I'm not quite sure about. Repair recovers the ship's durability, which is probably the best.

Of course, the second of each type heals more than the first one.




Come to think of it, "Regeneration" might supplement the other healing parts by increasing their rate.

I started off at Rank 1 to check how the parts acted overall. Died early from physical damage (Apparantly I set the bullet color too dark. It was darker orange, now it's Holy-Water color, or Lighter Blue).
I retried to defeat it, and did so. RANK 1 WIN
Then I went to Rank 50. I don't remember how I died and won, but it was 1 death to 1 win. RANK 50 WIN
When I went to Rank 100, things got sloppy. A mosquito came in and had its fill on my first fight, forcing me to pause and slap. Then I unpaused and ran into some homing bullets. And I mean RAN INTO.
More bad deaths later, I finally wore it down to hardly any ammo left. I was in fury, my adrenaline was increased, and I was wanting to get the bugger bad. 30 seconds later, I finally destroyed its other booster wing and a chain reaction occurred, blowing the whole thing up. RANK 100 WIN

And I did use one life each time. I'll try to make an AVI tomorrow, anyone know a place I can upload it to? (Without needing an account, please. Because I'm not interested in YouTube.)

Please make sure to put the http:// at the start of your links. Otherwise they break and stuff.

NightKev: Extreme... Seems mainly to reduce the range of your normal gun and gives you a permanent Overload effect. It's kinda neat, although you can really shred stuff if you can survive reaching it. (Oh, and shields seem to last half as long. Not sure why that is.)
