Restless leg syndrome?

My dad would shake his legs, sometimes vaguely to the beat of whatever was on the radio, and he didn't even realize that he was doing it. He found out that it was probably restless leg syndrome.

Restless legs syndrome is more having to move them because it's uncomfortable to keep them still. I more do this because it feels good for some odd reason. As I said, it's completely voluntary and mostly habitual because it feels good, though sometimes I'll occasionally just start randomly without thinking about it.
