So lately I've actually been craving lots and lots of water. I have a Lipton Ice Tea instant mix for my first bottle of water (still need the caffeine) but then I drink a few more bottles worth in my eco-canteen during the work day, then about 2 bottles at home. It must be from working out, I never used to drink this much water.

I would always drink diet soda. Two 32 ounce cups at work a day (with ice, so less than that really). But now I don't feel so much need to drink soda. As long as I have 1 my tea drink for the day, I'm good.

So what do you like to drink?

I tend to drink water after a hard workout or when I just don't feel like drinking anything else... Yea, I don't drink enough... You should have seen me in Key West on my training trip though. Almost 3-4 Liters of water a day. I should be dead right now.

I always keep a bottle of water nearby, in case I need it... I drink about 1~2 liters a day. =D

Could also be higher temperature. It's been pretty hot lately, so you sweat more and just dehydrate faster due to water diffusing from your water in to the air.

I often drink a good bit of water... I get in a bad mood when I'm dehydrated, and water is easiest to come by (and the most healthy at the same time!).

I drink a good amount of water per day. if I have soda, I drink that during dinner or as a late night snack. Otherwise it is water or some water/juice combo. Heat is a killer.

So I ended up with 1 bottle with a tea mix, 2 plain bottles, then 1 more with a tea mix just while at work. Probably another 2-3 at home. This is good for me, but I do miss my Diet Mountain Dew

I used to be on a mad water kick months ago. Now I'm back to drinking whenever I have something to eat, which is normally not that often.

I like orange juice, but sometimes it seems to acidic and upsets my stomach. More so if I don't eat enough bread or other carbs to absorb it.

Orange juice is hit-or-miss for me... I actually find Price Chopper brand to be better than national brands, and I also like those SoBe No-Calorie Life Waters, lemonade and Arizona iced tea. =D
