I think that having both that comic and that quote on top of each other makes your signature far too bulky; it's several times larger than the majority of your posts, and if it isn't, it's usually because the post itself contains quotes or images.

I personally think that your layout can do without the comic, but if you absolutely must keep it, then I would figure out how to place it side-by-side with the quote.

Aside from that, as somebody who usually keeps layouts turned off, I think it actually looks fine.

Additionally, there's lighter red streaks inside the red that you might want to address as well on Yukiko's side.

It just blends in because she's got a pink glow on her. I originally had the background in PERSONA 4 YELLOW YEAH but I figured that might not be the best choice ;;

I was gonna turn the glow into a white one anyways, so I can go fix that like, right now.

A little bit plain, but I think that works out pretty well. Sometimes less is more, as they say. I like the reverse dark/light for posts and quotes. Unique, or at least I've never seen it before. Your last post has some space at the bottom though, so something is 100% height. Not that its a problem, just wanted you to be aware of it.
