The reason for my recent lack of activity is the fact I'm in the process of moving. It was half by own choice and half by force, really. (Basically I got kicked out of my home and had to look for a new one. Well, that's done now).

The new place does not have Internet yet so I won't be able to do much for now. I hope to fix that in the soon future. Also, now this is really a rural area

Aww, too bad you got kicked out Hopefully you can get Internet soon. Are you still living in Germany?

I'm currently out in the country, in a small village that my parents think is paradise but I think is more like hell However, in under 2 weeks I will be moving again. My staying here was just a temporary phase in my big Detroit-to-Seattle move.

Yeah I am still in Germany. I wouldn't really have the courage to leave this country.

Also, this temporary wireless Internet stuff someone gave me is outright horrible. The only reason I'm preferring it over 56k is that it's hers, so it doesn't cost me a cent.

Bummer man, I know how it sucks moving. Done it many... many times. I'd lend you my truck (if I had one) but I think the trans-atlantic shipping cost would outweigh the benefit...

I don't know what I would do if I was ever forced to leave my house, I'd probably see if a few of my relatives that live nearby would let me stay with them although if that failed I things probably wouldn't turn out too well...

I hope that you get everything worked out and that you're able to get a better internet connection soon .
