I remember my sister and I had bought necklaces with a metal dragon figurine on them before we went on the Tower of Terror. That ride really does drop you faster than the speed of gravity, as the figurines would float up in front of us (going down) and then slam against our chests as we went up again.

There was one time when the ride had a hiccup Just before we entered the drop shaft, all the light/ projections shut down and we stopped moving. The suspense of what went wrong was far more scary than being dropped

Splash Mountain is also ridiculously fun, unless it gets stopped and you have to climb down stairs and go "behind the scenes" because one boat somehow jumped out of the water and was partially on top of another boat and the ride got jammed because they couldn't get it to slide off and go back into the water Or something like that.
