The second goal! What the hell was he thinking going for a home run on a clearance attempt?!?

The offense was there (but Miller was sensational), the defense is suspect, and we need to go with Luongo the rest of the way. Germany on Tuesday isn't a problem... but a win there leads to RUSSIA on Wednesday. That is NOT good.

Empty-netting was a mistake. We could have scored just fine if we'd had that extra minute.

As far as defense, we had none. The best defense was a good offense for most of the game, if brodeur had done his part we'd have easily won :/

They were awesome! And I really don't watch ice dance but... they were clearly above the competition. First North Americans to ever win the gold in ice dance, BTW.

And either way, the Americans finished 2nd, so... it was gonna happen.
