- The filesize is exactly 200k (full of FF's after the image data)
- There's a "LOL" hidden in there (had to zoom in to see it)

1. LOL is hidden in the 2000 as Tanks said.
2. The filesize was padded out to exactly 200.0k as Acmlm said.
3. There are the letters F A I L in the corners of the image, as Acmlm said.
4. And the file size is 100x20, which is 2000 as Schala said.
