Three tests to each. First, PingTest.
Now, three tests from SpeedTest. 
So my Ping can stay somewhat stable, but Jitter can cause it to spark unwillingly. I, probably shouldn't have any problems with downloading (even though it sometimes gets throttled for unknown reasons), but my Upload speed is where I think the problem really is. (cue SSBB announcer's WOW! INCREDIBLE! here) As for uTorrent, I find that using it for too long tends to end up sort of... crashing my Linksys wireless router. As in, any wired connections work, but wireless devices are unable to connect at all, and trying to alter the settings on the router (going to http://192.168.1.1/ or whatever) results in a blank page (not even a browser error page, just.. a blank page). At that point you just have to unplug the router and plug it back in after 10secs. ____________________  |
