To all living beings alike, I would truely like to apologize for the Playstation commercials, Old Spice commercials, DirecTV commercials, and Geico commercials. I am not the sole representative of the human race, nor do I have any involvement in said commercials, but I would still like to deeply apologize for those abominations that the human race has created. I also want to apologize for the second season of True Blood, and also the entire Lifetime and Comedy channels in general.

I also feel that I need to partly apologize for the show CSI, for giving a false impression to computer illiterate people as to what the internet and what computer technology does. I also need to apologize for the bad puns, sorry about that.

Politics too, I would like to apologize for. The spawning of illiterate people feeling the need to express uninformed views and preach meaning to conventions they themselves don't take part in, I would like to apologize for. By extention, I need to apologize for Linux and Open Source in general.

So yeah, I'm very sorry for all of that. We all make mistakes, and all we can do is learn from them.

I don't have a problem with Linux, but I will probably just run Kubuntu in Microsoft Virtual PC rather than dual-boot with my new system

However, I did partition my hard drive to put all my data on one drive and my system files on the other drive for Windows 7...

I'd give Virtualbox a shot instead. I never managed to get Linux, save for Damn Small, working in Virtual PC. (But even then, I never got sound working)

For me, it's commercials for places that aren't even in my area that bother me the most... like where is there a Sonic around here?

I tend to usually see them on cable only, at least...

The same thing happens here, as well. It's more the fact that television stations cover more than just a small area, though. (The nearest Sonic is in West Philadelphia here, for reference)

It could always be worse, like seeing a Jack in the Box commercial on the wrong coast... I think I actually saw one once.

I'm not a fan of any of those commercials... but I don't really like them either. I do like the Coors Light commercials, usually good for a little chuckle out me. Can't think of any others that get me to chuckle though.

I just don't like the newer Ps3 commercials because it looks like their making out that there are no female gamers.

And then we have the PSP Go ad where the guy is playing his PSP on the balcony of an apartment/hotel which has at least two girls sleeping inside and a third coming out to greet him as he's playing.

I am to presume that this guy got laid - possibly in a threesome or more - the previous night, and then he wakes up early and plays his damn PSP?!?
