It looks good.
But the thing I don't like much is the picture at the right. Actually, this picture is nice too, but it's quite high, causing huge empty spaces above and below your post.

This depends on what scheme you're using.

On the majority it's readable at least but eh. Not fixing it using Wii Internet.

If you're using a style sheet, you might want to give them a particular color...

I haven't been using style sheets because my layout started as a simple one for a rename, and it's easier to pop in and swap colours

It's pretty noticeable on Mario Movie. This is why I recommend that people specify links in their layout... it might increase the size a bit, but it's worth having all of your layout elements readable, I think.

Other than that though, I think it's a good layout because:
  • I like the image, it is cute
  • bunnies
  • BUNNIES
  • USA~

Er... I personally try not to use <link> tags for stylesheets. Apparently they can cause severe lag on entire thread pages if the host goes down... there was even an announcement about it (which I will quote below). I prefer using @import if I really must use an external stylesheet--Firefox will just skip over rendering the CSS without issue if the stylesheet can't be imported, I think.

My hosting service has already been down for not long. No layout, ofcourse. I experienced no lag. So I think it's okay.
