| we dont know yet. There are still lots of bugs and errors that really need to be fixed. For example you can open a NARC file twice (narcs are some sort of zip files found in nintendo's games) and then the narc will get corrupted. Treeki and I are working on it. If you really want to test the 4.8 you can go to the Google Code repository (the link is in the editor development thread), download all the files and compile them with Visual Studio. But be careful with those glitches. Make backup copies of your rom! |

Most of these questions are already answered. Both of your questions were answered in the editor development thread. Please read the existing threads before asking things ![]() Copy-paste from Development Thread: You must install a SVN client (a program that connects to the SVN server). I suggest you install TortoiseSVN. With TortoiseSVN you right-click in any folder and select SVN Checkout... Then put the server URL (what says in the Checkout page in the google code). If you do it well it will download all from the SVN server. Then open the project with visual studio and run it and if we upload new things to the server you don't have to do checkout again. Just right click the folder you did the checkout and then select SVN Update. It will update the files there to the latest version in the SVN. |
