Looks like I've found a VL-Tone imposter! It's on Masky64's forum. Here's a link to the 2nd page of the shout archive.

Also, that place is in big trouble. Masky64 posted links to the extended and unextended roms!! I hope he gets back in time... check the shout box for that.
