You'll understand if you listen

But really, it's a first for me. So yeah, my voice lacks power. Quite a bit of it. Semi-pulled off the few growls I did, though.

I am going to give you some constructive criticism on this song. And I honestly hope this helps.

For starters, I was not feeling it. It honestly felt like you were not putting 100% into this song. For such a strong song, the vocals sounded like you were not putting your all in this one. Personally, it sounded like whispering growling, which I am assuming it's because people are around.

Honestly, your best comes from your heart. The song I just heard was not from it. You honestly need to be alone and literally bring it all out. That is the only way anyone listening can actually feel anything.

Your drummer could use some tempo practice. He is a little behind on his upkeep, and could mess up the entire song. Have him play DDR or something to work on his beat.

Everything else sounded good. Hell you could have released this as a non singing song and people might like it. Like I said earlier, the drumming is a little off, and could use a little work.

I would personally give this a 5/10. An extra 4 for the vocals, and a one for the drumming.

I did not critic this. But I would honestly like some lyrics to know what the fuck you are saying.

It is very doubtful that the drumming is out of tempo, considering it's midi triggered (so no real drummer). In other words, that just means everything else is out of time. That means guitar/bass, mostly. I'm a very sloppy player, despite being way worse in the past.

Well, vocals. Yeah. There's just so much I never did. I've been recording guitar for a few years now, so I'm kinda used to it by now. I've had a bass for much less time but I'm finally getting the hang of it.

But vocals? I've had a voice since I was born, but that doesn't mean I can use it well or anything. In other words, when I recorded this, it was as if I had a new instrument. I assure you that I was pretty much alone to do them. The problem, in the end, lies elsewhere. The first one being: couldn't find a good tone for it. What you hear when you sing and what is recorded doesn't sound exactly the same, and that just puts me off. I was also using a cheap microphone. While that doesn't change much, it can be annoying (much too darn sensitive).

Oh well, I could also post a vocal-less version just for the heck of it =P Besides, I have no doubt that in the next few songs I record, I'll nail it (or have so decent results)

The alt attribute should be used to give a short description
of an image; longer descriptions should be given with the
longdesc attribute which takes a URL linked to the description.
These measures are needed for people using non-graphical browsers.

For further advice on how to make your pages accessible
see http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL.
You are recommended to use CSS to specify the font and
properties such as its size and color. This will reduce
the size of HTML files and make them easier to maintain
compared with using <FONT> elements.

You are recommended to use CSS to control line wrapping.
Use "white-space: nowrap" to inhibit wrapping in place
of inserting <NOBR>...</NOBR> into the markup.
