Most nights I pass out within moments once I get in bed. Even if it doesn't happen, I'll be fine eventually.

I don't have a sleep schedule (or any schedule, really), but I've always had trouble with keeping a consistent sleep.. anything. I sleep at different times almost every day, and never really sleep the same amount of hours, either. It doesn't help that my S.O. has a body clock that runs at approximately 26 hours, instead of 24, and has insomnia to an extent. I've gotten better at falling asleep once I'm in bed, but that's usually just because I'm so exhausted by the time I climb in there that staying awake really isn't an option anymore. heh.

My sleeping skills probably come from my time in a private school. You just -had- to learn when and how long you could sleep, since often (if not always) nights were full of partying and next morning had cooking lessons.

In all seriousnees, I have a weird sleep-norm to stick to in terms of lighting so anything too bright or too dark gets me all restless and whatnot. Appearantly flipping your pillow to the other end of the bed doesn't help either.

My sleep schedule is like 3am to 10 lately ... however usually drinking a lot of milk helps me fall asleep earlier. However this house gets so freaking hot upstairs, none of the cold air seems to make it from the air conditioner, that not even half a gallon of milk would make any difference.

I have a somewhat regular sleep schedule during the summer (2 or 3am til 9 or 10am), but it gets all fucked up during the school year. Since I only have school Tuesdays and Thursdays, I'm up at 5:30 those days but get to sleep in all the other days. It makes getting up for school almost impossible.
